Eggink Designs delivered the pre-concept landscape design for Xaynor, a private exclusive beach club within NEOM on the Gulf of Aqaba, Saudi Arabia.
The landscape concept was developed in close collaboration with lead architect Sordo Madaleno, embedding the development within the existing coastal terrain rather than imposing upon it. The design draws from the wadi systems and geological formations characteristic of the region, translating their spatial qualities into a contemporary visitor experience — from the shaded arrival sequence to the stepped coastal edge and natural pool areas.
The project has been launched by NEOM and is currently on hold.
