Eggink Designs developed a landscape design study for Emaar Properties exploring the integration of waterways within large-scale residential masterplans in Dubai.
The study examined waterway typologies in relation to different housing types — villas, townhouses, and mansion plots — producing a catalogue of design solutions covering section profiles, planting strategies, materiality, and edge conditions. The resulting document serves as a strategic design reference for future Emaar developments, visualising a green, water-rich residential environment through sections, reference imagery, and spatial guidelines.
