Eggink Designs contributed to the Egyptian Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2018 as part of the Robabeccia collective. In collaboration with Jason Chia, the large-scale mapping project #Hatch explored Cairo's informal markets across multiple scales — from the national geography of Egypt down to the human-scale experience of street commerce. 

The pavilion got selected as a finalist for the World Architecture Festival (WAF) in the category  "Display - Completed Buildings".
