Eggink Designs developed garden designs for two mansion typologies within Emaar's Lavita development at The Oasis, Dubai — one for a small mansion of 1,800m² and one for a medium mansion of 2,880m². The brief called for a simple, modern, and timeless design language that complements the contemporary architecture.
The gardens establish clear spatial hierarchy through arrival courts, terraced pools, lawn zones, and intimate seating areas, using a restrained material palette and strategic planting to create continuity between indoor and outdoor living. The project is launched and for sale.
