Eggink Designs developed the masterplan framework and key public realm strategies, connecting housing clusters through green corridors and canal networks inspired by Mesopotamia's historic water landscapes. The canal systems define public space and circulation, creating varied edge conditions from active promenades to quiet residential waterfronts. Eggink Designs' involvement covered concept masterplan and public realm design.
