Eggink Designs was commissioned by Emaar Properties to review and strengthen the landscape concept for Palmiera at The Oasis, Dubai — a large-scale residential masterplan comprising villas, mansions, clubhouses, and extensive public realm. The scope included concept validation, public realm design, waterway integration, and clubhouse landscape design.
The work built on an earlier waterways study Eggink Designs had prepared for Emaar, developing those findings into a high-quality public realm framework for future residents. The project is launched and for sale.

The project has been delivered with landscape design sketches and 3D explorations in sketch up. The submission included a render brief for Emaar’s project launch. The final renders have been produced by Emaar internal visualization team.
