The design responds to the steep topography by positioning villas along the hillside to secure unobstructed sea views from each property, with access infrastructure concentrated at the upper edge to preserve a continuous shared landscape below. Private villa gardens connect to communal amenities through a network of pedestrian paths, while an integrated outdoor event space accommodates weddings and gatherings.
